As an Emeritus Professor of History and a former U.S. State Department Fulbright Scholar, he offers a wealth of knowledge on world civilizations and humanities.

David and his wife of forty-six years, Rachel, have shared the wonders of the world with their five children and eight grandchildren, and they bring that same spirit of "family" to every group they lead. Now residing in Davis County, Utah, David continues to dedicate his time to community, to his church, and to designing and leading inspirational travel experiences that foster connection and lifelong friendships.
