JASON WRIGHT

Jason Wright is a New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestselling author whose work has appeared in publications worldwide, including The Washington Post, Forbes, and The Chicago Tribune, and in media outlets in Canada, Germany, India, Israel, Japan, and the UK. He has also appeared on CBS News, GMA, CNN, Fox News, and numerous local programs.


His bestselling novel Christmas Jars was adapted into a film in 2019, and several other novels are in various stages of film development. He is the founder of the viral Kindness Card Movement and serves as writer-in-residence at Southern Virginia University, where he teaches writing and publishing popular fiction.


A popular speaker and consultant, Jason trains on kindness habits, faith, failure, letter writing, and the Christmas Jars movement, having spoken to more than 300,000 students through assemblies and workshops.


Jason and his wife, Kodi, live in Woodstock, Virginia, with their two daughters, two sons, and four grandchildren. They have also lived in Missouri, Germany, Illinois, Virginia, Brazil, Oregon, and Utah.
